How do I get support?
There is no free phone support with DataEase 7.2, but we will shortly open a support forum with support chat on this website. Here you can post your enquiries and both other users and our support team will be able to answer them and give you hints and tips.
We are also currently establishing a pay per call support hotline that will be announced on this website shortly.
For the moment you can mail your enquiries to support@dataease.com.

PROBLEM: It did not reinstall fresh. the folder in my documents with samples was not reinstalled. and I got a link to it I can not remove (in recently opened documents)
So how does one get a good fresh install? how does one remove/delete the opened recent entery?
