72160 - DEv6.51 migration to v7.2.2 Corrupted Dates

V6.51 forms with blank dates have corrupted dates after migration. Date consists of 7?/48/???3. Real dates are fine. Base year is 75 same in both versions. This only seems to affect extended formatted dates. standard dates are fine.
